Private Transfer by Minibus Always contact us before organising a transfer as we will usually be able to arrange a private minibus transfer for you more cheaply. This is not included in the holiday price, but can be arranged separately after your booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we hope you will find the following information useful.

Bus services operate from all four regional airports. See below.
Car Hire
For travel from your selected airport to Tignes les Brévières, car hire makes sense if there are several of you. Booking in advance is recommended. Remember to reserve snow chains and roof racks for skis, if required.
Chambery Airport
From Chambery Airport it is an easy 90 minutes drive to Chalet Bonjour Bonjour.
Altibus operate a coach service from the airport to Tignes Les Brévières changing at Bourg St Maurice. Alternatively it is a short taxi journey to Chambery Railway Station where transfers to Bourg St Maurice are easy. From Bourg St Maurice, a bus, that takes around half an hour, leaves directly for Tignes les Brévières.
Grenoble Airports
There is a scheduled bus service (run by Transisère) between Grenoble Airport and Grenoble Coach & Train Station. From here Agbus run a low cost coach transfer to Bourg St Maurice. Alternatively you may transfer by train. From Bourg St Maurice, a bus that takes around half an hour leaves directly for Tignes les Brévières.
Lyon Airport
From the train terminal at Lyon Airport you can get a train directly to Bourg St Maurice and then transfer by bus to the resort. Alternatively, Satobus operates direct transfers from the airport to Tignes les Brévières. Prior reservations are not normally required outside peak periods.
Geneva Airport
There is a new motorway between Geneva and annecy which has cut the transfer time to only two and a half hours.
Alpski operates a bus service from Geneva Airport right to the door of the Chalet Bonjour Bonjour and the Chalet Colettine. The bus ticket kiosk is on the arrivals floor between exits 3 & 4. Under 4s are free, children between 4 & 12 are half price and the cost of a return is about 104 euros. The bus leaves directly opposite exit 3. Make sure to ask for Tignes les Brévières when buying a ticket at the airport and ensure that the driver does not confuse this with Tignes le Lac. Tickets can be purchased at the arrivals terminal. You do not normally have to reserve tickets in advance. Be sure to check the last bus time before booking flights.
